- Drink warm water during the whole day.
- Eat only once a day which will help in faster weight loss.
- Before meals have soup made from barley, horse green gram, lentils(tuver), corn, carrot, cabbage, sweet gourd and spinach or thinned buttermilk.
- Fasting, exercising, worrying, sex, sunbathing, walking helps in weight loss.
- Do not drink too much water after meals.
- Do not completely fill your stomach with food.
- Eat in lesser quantities.
- Do not oversleep or over rest.
- Avoid eating too much of milk and sugar products.
