Diabetes

  •     Dos
  1.     Regular walks and exercise is essential.
  2.     Soup made from green gram, yellow gram, lentils (tuver), black gram, barley can be taken.
  3.    Unripe banana, honey, dates, jaman, watermelon, drumsticks, pointed gourd, kankoda, garlic, sesame, old wheat, buttermilk can be taken.
  •     Donts
  1.     Do not sleep during the daytime.
  2.     Avoid steam baths and sunbaths.
  3.     Avoid excessive sexual activities.
  4.     Do not smoke.
