Loss of Appetite


  •     Dos
  1.     Exercising, walking and dancing increases appetite.
  2.     Cook rice in plenty of water and then drain. This rice can be eaten.
  3.     Season green gram soup with pure ghee, asoefoetida, salt ginger, ajwain, black pepper, cumin seeds and coriander seeds.
  4.     Appetite can be increased by eating _soft radish, garlic, drumsticks, striped pear gourd, brinjal, bitter gourd, raw banana, ginger, amla, orange, pomegranate, lime, butter milk, fresh butter, curds, different pickles, dhokla, handva.
  5.     Drink warm water.
  6.     Eat  betel leave with fennel, sinemon  clove, cardamom.
  •     Donts
  1.     Avoid eating any type of sprouts, potatoes and sweet potatoes.
  2.     Eat less of items made from wheat flour like biscuits, bread, bun etc.
  3.     Do not eat milk products like cheese, mava.
  4.     Avoid drinking too much of water frequently.
  5.     Do not drink sherbets.
  6.     Avoid eating snacks between meals.
  7.     Do not  eat when you are angry, mentally disturbed, not hungry.
