Insomnia

  •     Dos
  1.     For dinner have rice, sugar crystals and things made from milk and ghee.
  2.     A whole body oil massage induces sleep.
  3.     Take regular walks.
  4.     Meditate and do deep breathing regularly.
  5.     Massage soles of the feet with ghee made from cow's milk.
  •     Donts
  1.     Do not sleep during the day time.
  2.     Avoid activities of stress and strain.
  3.     Avoid tea/coffee/smoking after evening.
  4.     Do not do anything which will hurt the feelings of others.
