Gout

  •     Dos
  1.     Take milk of cow, buffalo and she –goat.
  2.     Pot herb (Tandarjani bhaji), fenugreek, striped pear gourd (parval), bitter gourd vegetables, seasoned with cow’s ghee or butter.
  3.     All edible preparations made from black grapes, sugar, rice, wheat and barley.
  4.     Take caster oil one or two table spoon with hot cow’s milk on an empty stomach in the morning. Caster oil should not be taken during pregnancy and by the patient of tuberculosis.
  •     Donts
  1.     Not to sleep during day time, no more exercise and sex.
  2.     Not to seat near fire, do not take sun bath, not to eat sea food, red meat, white meat, curd, radish, black gram, horse gram, kidney beans, green peas.
  3.     Not to eat spicy and sour, oily and salty food.
  4.     Not to smoke cigarette and alchoholic drinks.
